Of ik het nu heb over de leukste bezienswaardigheden, mijn favoriete restaurants of mijn hoteltips. Over één onderwerp heb ik het echter nog niet gehad, en dat is koffie drinken in Athene. Tijdens mijn laatste stedentrip heb ik weer heel wat tijd in leuke koffietentjes doorgebracht. Tijd dus om mijn negen favoriete koffie hotspots met jullie te delen. Hoewel je nog steeds overal de traditionele frappé en freddo espresso kunt krijgen, groeit in Athene de populariteit van slow coffee, single origin bonen en zorgvuldig gezette filterkoffie....
