In case you were wondering…. I love visiting food markets. And so far Borough Market is definitely one of my favorites. Apparently the market has been here since the 13th century and has grown to over a 100 different food stalls today. It’s THE place to go to if you want to buy fresh quality products and discover new flavors. From local British ingredients to more exotic ones from other countries, you’ll find it here. Seeing all those fruits, vegetables, bread, cheeses etc being displayed so beautifully makes you want to try it all. Fortunately for me, most stalls do offer free tastings.
